The Director of Sales will manage an in-house team of five, including two direct reports (Corporate & Int'l Sales Manager, as well as a future Customer Service & Outside Sales Manager). The focus of the position is to employ the candidate's analytical and leadership skills to utilize high performing sales people rather than performing as a top sales person. 

The ideal candidate will be a bright, highly strategic sales leader with a track record of success in both mid-size and small/entrepreneurial company environments.  He/she will have a background in consumer products, and bring strong analytical skills coupled with some technical affinity.

Please, only qualified candidates with a high level of Sales management and strategic planning will be considered. Sales experience alone is not adequate.  An undergraduate degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or a related field is required. An MBA degree is desirable.
