Stuart R. Leidner, Executive Director
Stuart joined Prospera Business Network in December 2009 with more than 20 years experience in for-profit and nonprofit development. His leadership in business, management, and economic development has been effectively established in both large and small businesses. Prior to joining Prospera, Stuart was the Executive Director of the Greater Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce in Washington. He received a Masters of Science from the University of Idaho.

Amanda Schultz, Director Women's Business Center
Amanda joined Prospera Business Network in 2005 and has over ten years of marketing and event experience. She is the Director of the Women's Business Center Program. The Montana Women's Business Center provides management and technical assistance, comprehensive training and counseling on a vast array of topics to women entrepreneurs. Previously, Amanda was the regional marketing manager at Harris Private Bank in Seattle, WA. She holds a B.A. from Montana State University. Amanda enjoys yoga, skiing, golfing and hiking.

Maria Kappes, Marketing & Membership Coordinator
Maria brings more than five years of experience in strategic marketing and philanthropic relations to the Prospera community. She coordinates professional development and networking opportunities while assisting business leaders with their membership and benefits. Previously, Maria was a philanthropy associate for a national land conservation organization. She holds a B.A. from the Univ. of South Dakota, is a high school basketball referee, and serves on the Bozeman Youth Initiative board of directors.

Casey Kulbeck, Program Assistant
Meet our newest team member: As the former administrative assistant and bookkeeper for the Northern Rocky Mountain Resource Conservation & Development Council (RC&D), Casey is well-aware of southwest Montana's development needs. Her ten years of experience in for-profit and nonprofit organizations are now helping Prospera staff implement our various programs, and her office management abilities keep us running smoothly. Casey enjoys playing softball, golfing, and camping with her family.
