Bob Hietala, Chief Executive Officer
Bob Hietala joined Prospera Business Network in January of 2007 with over twenty years’ experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. His leadership in business, management and government contracting has been effectively established in both small and large companies around the country. Prior to joining Prospera, he operated his own business, Hietala Consulting, which provided a range of services to a number of start-up and growth-oriented companies. His expertise includes management development, financial guidance, human resources, sales and marketing. Bob has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Michigan University and a Master's Degree from the University of Denver.
Amanda Schultz, Membership & Events Coordinator
Amanda Schultz is responsible for membership development and retention, as well as marketing and planning initiatives for all Prospera Business Network events. She joined Prospera Business Network in 2005 with over five years marketing and event experience. Previously, Amanda worked as Marketing Director for the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce and Regional Marketing Manager of Harris Private Bank in Seattle, Washington. Amanda is Board of Directors, Secretary, of the Vigilante Theatre Company and is a past member of the American Marketing Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Montana State University.
Kelli Stanley, Office Administrator
Kelli Stanley joined Prospera Business Network in February 2005 bringing with her a wide range of experience in the realm of service and support. Well versed in non-profit settings, Kelli has gained beneficial knowledge providing assistance to local organizations such as the Northern Rocky Mountain RC&D, the Big Sky Community Corporation, the Montana Conservation Corps, Girl Scouts of Big Sky Council, the Big Sky Youth Empowerment Project and Volunteer Connections of Southwest Montana. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a BA in Arts & Humanities and Minors in Psychology, Anthropology and Sociology.
Peter Bertelsen, Programs Director
Peter Bertelsen joined Prospera Business Network in 2006 with more than twelve years experience working with small businesses, including entrepreneurs and start ups. Peter is responsible for Prospera’s advanced business services. He manages the Advanced Business Connections program as well as Prospera’s loan programs. Prior to joining Prospera, Peter held positions in marketing and advertising in the publishing industry and worked as a marketing consultant. Peter earned an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management and a BA in history from the University of California, San Diego. Peter has lived in Bozeman since 2004, but his family has roots in the Gallatin Valley dating to 1969.
Patti Renevier, PTAC Manager
Patti Renevier joined Prospera Business Network in May 2007 as the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) Manager for Gallatin and Park counties. Patti brings over 25 years of procurement and government contracting experience and knowledge. Having held positions in the public sector as purchasing manager for a city of 165,000 and a senior buyer at the University of California, Riverside, Patti’s qualifications also include negotiations, bid writing, training, and customer service. Patti holds a BS in business and management from the University of Redlands.
